Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service (§7). Enforcement is set out in Terms §8.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following while accessing the platform:

  • Automated scanning, crawling, or scraping of the service without our prior written authorization;
  • Injection attacks of any kind, including SQL injection, code injection, command injection, or HTTP header injection;
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force authentication attempts, or manipulation of session or authentication tokens;
  • Rate abuse — sustained or automated request volumes designed to degrade, overload, or deny service availability to others;
  • Circumvention, probing, or testing of security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions without authorization;
  • Spoofing, tampering with, or forging request headers, authentication tokens, or identity information;
  • Unauthorized access to, or attempts to access, accounts, data, or infrastructure belonging to WealthPlannr or other users;
  • Any activity that constitutes an offence under applicable law, including but not limited to Articles 138ab (computervredebreuk) and 138b of the Dutch Criminal Code (Wetboek van Strafrecht).

This list is non-exhaustive. WealthPlannr reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy.

Dit beleid maakt deel uit van onze Gebruiksvoorwaarden (§7). Handhaving staat in Voorwaarden §8.

Verboden gedrag

U gaat ermee akkoord het platform niet te gebruiken voor, te pogen, of mogelijk te maken:

  • Geautomatiseerd scannen, crawlen of scrapen van de dienst zonder onze voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming;
  • Injectie-aanvallen van welke aard dan ook, waaronder SQL-injectie, code-injectie, command-injectie of HTTP-header-injectie;
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force inlogpogingen of manipulatie van sessie- of authenticatietokens;
  • Misbruik door verzoekvolume — aanhoudende of geautomatiseerde verzoekvolumes bedoeld om de beschikbaarheid van de dienst voor anderen te verslechteren of te ontzeggen;
  • Omzeilen, onderzoeken of testen van beveiligingsmaatregelen, rate limits of toegangsbeperkingen zonder toestemming;
  • Spoofen, manipuleren of vervalsen van request-headers, authenticatietokens of identiteitsgegevens;
  • Ongeoorloofde toegang tot, of pogingen daartoe, accounts, gegevens of infrastructuur van WealthPlannr of andere gebruikers;
  • Elke activiteit die een strafbaar feit vormt onder toepasselijk recht, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot de artikelen 138ab (computervredebreuk) en 138b van het Wetboek van Strafrecht.

Deze lijst is niet uitputtend. WealthPlannr behoudt zich het recht voor om naar eigen goeddunken te bepalen wat een schending van dit beleid vormt.
